Seeking: Full-time entry level structural engineer position

Below is a list of duties to be performed and a list of requirements and qualifications expected of candidates:

Duties:

  • Structural investigation for new and existing building projects
  • Structural system design for buildings considering applicable codes and standard structural engineering practices
  • Structural modeling, drafting and detailing
  • Collaborating with architects and other structural engineers on staff
  • Collaborating with engineers and consultants who are members of building project teams from other companies
  • Collaborating with owners and clients
  • Presenting schemes/ideas to team and clients

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • We are seeking a humble, hungry, and smart individual who appreciates the collaborative work environment
  • Experience analyzing structures using Finite Element software
  • Design and drafting experience with Revit Building Information Modeling (BIM) software (AutoCAD experience would be beneficial, but not a requirement)
  • Full time entry level structural engineer: Recent graduate with 0-5 years of experience with an accredited degree of Bachelor of Science in Engineering with an emphasis in Civil/Structural Engineering seeking professional licensure

Also Seeking: Part-time structural engineering student intern
